Our monthly meetings are usually divided into two categories; best practice meetings and guest speaker meetings.

Best practice

Come with any questions you have about your role from handling student intakes and under 18s, to British Council inspection worries. Our best practice sessions offer the opportunity to find out what happens in other schools and gain advice from other experienced DOSes.

Guest Speakers

We invite guest speakers to speak on a number of topics such as managing upwards, tracking students' progress, and managing busy summers. We review topics for our guest speakers annually and members are encouraged to provide suggestions for topics depending on the group's needs.
